This may not be feasible but:
 
It would be real convenient if we could add a "directive" to the keyword list to reference a second list.  Why, you ask? Well ... in the case of the German Spam crap, I added over 50 entries to my filter list that are starting to "Dry Up".  It would be nice to be able to keep my Keyword filters that are temporary "fix the flood" issues somewhere else so I can simply remove them when they no longer are useful.
 
What I am doing now is maintaining several lists and using a script to concatenate them to the actual list that SpamFilter uses.
