As IPs stop sending spam (or the flow of spam greatly decreases), they are automatically removed from the SFDB within 24 hours. This automatic delisting process has not been working correctly for the past 5 days, and has prevented "sanitized" IPs from being delisted.

We have solved the issue with our SFBD web service as of 3PM (EST) today.

Our sincere apologies to everyone, we have never had any issues with our SFDB service since its implementation back in 2006 - this is our first failure in over 4 years. Not seeing any failures in the SFDB so long has obviously induced us in being less attentive, and this was a big mistake.
