hello
I would like to tell about my problem here  : i have the ip range X.X.X.X at my ISP
the users who take IPs from this range cannot access any Https site , messengers , or any other site who required any kind of authentication , such as hotmail , yahoo , facebook , etc i have done some searches on google and i found that my range is listed on the black list of this site : dnsbl.mags.net
but unfortunately i could not access this site to tell them to unblock my  range
actually I don't know if this issue has any relation with https problem and even how to unblock my range , Can any body help me it's urgent plz
