Hi Terry,

That is actually quite common, it is called Bounced Address Tag Validation.  It does make the whitelisting process for those addresses more complex, you need to use some type of wildcard or regex in your whitelisting process.

I am getting some strange entries in this file that seem to have a prvs= entry in them...this is causing a problem as the next time we get an email they are again quarantined with a slightly different prvs= prefix on them like
 
prvs=1694617808=somebody@ups.com|someoneelse@portofportland.com
 
can you give me a clue why these entries are happening?
