We have been having problems with 697 crashing and just updated to 700 to see if the issues were resolved.

Not sure if this crash was the same as in 697 but tried to forward an email out of the quarantine and the service shut down...

Logfile...<snippet>

08/02/07 00:35:18:523 -- (1328) Connection from: 76.74.53.42  -  Originating country : United States
08/02/07 00:35:21:054 -- (1328) Resolving 76.74.53.42 - campanilerefreshment.com
08/02/07 00:35:21:523 -- Exception occurred during MarkQuarantineItemsForDelivery: Row cannot be located for updating. Some values may have been changed since it was last read
08/02/07 00:35:50:117 -- SpamFilter ISP v3.5.4.700 Listening on 1

You can see I restarted the service at the end...

We have been having issues with 697 going down a lot...hmmm

RBarrow,

Can you please confirm if you used SpamFilter's GUI (the quarantine tab) to release the email? If so, this looks like a GUI issue, not one with the mail engine, and should be simple to isolate. Could you let us know if you can reproduce it consistently?

Yes...it was from the quarantine tab...but I have not been able to reproduce consistently....

I am looking for a pattern...maybe the contents of the message?  Will keep looking...
