Hi,

I've just purchased the Standard version and wanted to know if there is a user manual about to know how to use the various screens. I've installed the software and its working fine.

Problem is one site has just reported that some emails are getting rejected by the spam filter and I dont know how to find out which ones are and if there is anythign i can do to stop it.

Further, I have setup the software to use the quarantine DB using the included .mdb database. However, how do i access this database to see what is in it. Sorry for sounding so thick, but if there was a user manual, I'd have figured all this out I'm sure from it.

HOpe someone can help on this.

Thanks,
Andrew.

Andrew,

When you installed the software, it should have installed the "Help" files in a folder "documentation".  You can either access these directly or by hitting the help button in the application GUI. To access it directly:

Click on DirveLetter:\SpamfilterInstallFolder\Documentation\HTML\index.html
