I am curious if there comes a point where the length of the black/white lists will either really start bogging down SpamFilter or if it will really slow down the progress of email passing through it.

The length of the lists will impact performance. There are some users who are using blacklists of about 1MB in size, which do cause the CPU to run very high. We do not have any benchmarks on this yet though.

Are there any users who have large black/white lists that can provide some of there experience with large lists?
