Hi Roberto,

What are these exception errors and how to avoid them:

1) Exception occurred during RECEIVEMESSAGE: @ Outside address

2) Exception occurred during RECEIVEMESSAGE: '$?u' is not a valid integer value

And what about the exception error: Exception occurred during RECEIVEMESSAGE: Access violation at address 00427691 in module 'SpamFilterSvc.exe'. Read of address 134475A8. This allways occurs when I decide to manage my quarantine items for a long period of time and force me to restart spamfilter to make things working here again.

Anybody here having similar problems ?

Im using version 1.2.0.171 with mysql

Thanks,

Abel.

Abel,

The first exceptions on the receivemesage appear to be caused by malformed email messages, those should not be a problem.

The Access Violation is more of a concern. Can you please let us know what steps you are performing whn you say "I decide to manage my quarantine items for a long period of time" so we can try to reproduce them?

Roberto,

When I say manage the quarantine I mean:

- Start looking for the SPAM and deleting it, sometimes I have to open a especific quarantine item and read the e-mail because the subject isnt obvious if its spam or not.

- Selecting the false positive items and delivery them, etc.

- Sort the quarantine items by Subject, EmailFrom, etc.

- Refresh list, Clear List of the quarantine

Since yesterday I have disabled all the blacklist filters that Im using the option to quarantine. So now I dont need to play with the quarantine item list. Until now I didnīt have any exception error of "Access violation at address...."

Thats it.

Thanks,

Abel.
