I have an idea of an option that i think could really help. The activity log screen. How about buttons to filter what you see, i imagine a button to filter blocked/quarentined emails, a button to filter unblocked emails, and the ability to pause the Activity Log and scroll up or down would be perfect. What do you think?

The activity log is there just to provide admins the ability to see what is going on in real-time on the server. Filtering it in any way is technically not possible. Pausing the scrolling is a good idea thought that might be possible to implement. We'll take a look to see what we can do!
