Are there free RBL lists that you would recommend over some others? I noticed that some of these lists are built by some individual who might add entire network blocks (ISP's) to their list. This I would like to stay away from...

Any suggestions?

Here is an interesting site that has some comparisons. Its not the definitive answer but check out their monthly reports.
