I receive the following error in the activity for a small group of out going email addresses 'Socket Error # 10053 Software caused connection abort. - message queued '.  Can you tell me what I need to do to troubleshoot this problem?

David,

That error usually happens when a connection is dropped while transfering email. Usually the email is saved in the SpamFilter/queue folder and delivery is reattempted every 60 minutes (interval is user-configurable) until it's successful. Only when the email has been delivered successfully the temp file will be deleted from the queue directory.
