This was emailed to Roberto today but I felt it was something that needed to be said publicly.
 
 
Hi Roberto, thank you very much for your prompt response to this urgent problem. I installed the new version you compiled for us yesterday evening and it has resolved our issue.
Speaking with another administrator who has had the pleasure of dealing with you on another issue we are of the consensus that your responsiveness and support is first class.
 
This latest issue involved time sensitive communications needed by our CEO. Your resolving this issue, which included creating a patch and recompiling the executables specifically for us in under 3 hours is worthy of praise.
 
My hat is off to you and your developers,
