Version 1.1.0.90 on Win NT 4..0 sp6

With about 100 messages in quarantine, I got this index error when I clicked on the Date field to sort by date.

I've seen this once before, also when attempting to sort the list.

After this occurs, I can sort everything, all fields, no problem, i.e., it happens once then goes away.

Hi Phil,

We're not able to replicate the error, so the error may be caused by the format of a specific message in your quarantine area. If you are able to replicate this, the best way to troubleshoot this is for you to zip up all the contents of your quarantine directory (if you have 100 items or so it should not be a huge file) and email it to us at mailto:support@logsat.com" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - support@logsat.com .

I saw the same message when I attempted to sort by email address.  I chose a different field and later was able to sort by the "to" column with no problem.

Roberto,

It happended again and I have a zip file of my quaranrine dir to send you. It seems I can't send to you, however, since it appears we have no reverse DNS, and so your SpamFilter is blocking my email. If you have an FTP site I can upload it to you.

We added printwareinc.com in the whitelist, can you try emailing again?

We were able to replicate this by clicking on the column headers to sort while the list was still refreshing. This is of course a bug, we've identified it, and it will be fixed in the next build.
