I have users from a company sending email that get filtered due to a keyword filter even though they are in my "Excluded FROM" and "Excluded Domains" lists. 

This seems backwards.  Shouldn't address's and domains on these lists bypass all filtering?

Yes, it does seem wrong. Can you please send us your spamfilter.ini file, along with your local black/white text lists? We'd need to also see the section of spamfilter activity log that shows the messages arriving and be rejected.

Upon further examination in the logs, it appears to be because of a blacklisted text string that appears in the sender's email address.  It would still make sense that whitelisted Excluded addesses should not get any further filtering.
