R,

I noticed in the beta version 3.0.0.547 that the max concurrent outgoing limit is not working.  I currently have the max concurrent incomming setting set at 26 and my stats show that my current outbound connections is climbing past 250.  I had about 4000 emails in my queue directory to be processed and it jammed my mail server when it tried to process that many messages.
