It's rather unusual. It indicates that SpamFilter was trying to forward an email to your destination SMTP server, but did not find the file containing the recipient addresses.
Each message in the SpamFilter\queue directory, which stores the outgoing emails to be forwarded, consits of actually two files (same name, different suffixes). One file has the message body, the other has the recipient information. If one of the two files is missing, SpamFilter will automatically cleanup the orphan files.
Do you have any orphan files left in your SpamFilter\queue directory? This directory should normally be empty, as files are processed and deleted as mail is processed.
