We have install the MYODBC 3.51 driver.But While TestConnection it's showing 'catastrophic failure'error.What is the problem?

From your description it appears that you are not configuring corretly either the ODBC DSN, or the settings in the UDL file. Can you please look at the attached screenshots to see how these should be configured?
