Subject: Email not Delivered

I haveversion 3.1.3.611 running and emails from a particular domain never gets forwarded. I added the domain to the white list and checked the logs. The logs indicate that it is bypassing all the rules but it NEVER gets forwarded to the mail server. Where did this go? I do not see the emails, it does NOT go to quarantine. I have experience this in the past but I eventually get the email once I add to the quarantine.

Please help.

If you can zip us one of SpamFilter's activity logfiles for a day this happened, and let us know a couple of the from/to email addresses involved, we'll take a look to see what is happening.

Just sent the zipped file. Basically, it is just that one domain so far. But, I have received complaints of people recently not getting emails from certain addresses that never make it to their desktop or even to quarantine which worries me. I added the emails to the whitelist and they DO make it in. BUT, the initial rejected emails never make it to the quarantine. I have set everything that is rejected to be quarantined so that the user can select if it does get rejected.

Any Ideas? I have sent the logfiles.

I am STILL getting the same result, the filter receives it, bypasses all the rules, then NOTHING. It never gets forwarded. Log file below, nothing after it at all saying that it was forwarded to the email server.

Rifleman,

Could you PM with with your email address (or send us an email). I don't *think* we received your email with the attachment, but there's a chance we may have confused your email with someone else, as last week we've handled a few more logfiles than average...
