Not a big one at all, but in the past few days we deployed SFE on MSSQL with a single test domain.  We have not had a chance to modify our ASP files yet, so have been monitoring the quarantine via the console.  When deleting all records from the quarantine, this is logged:

Exception occurred during PrepareQuarantineGrid: Connection failure

UPDATE - The exception is also logged on a "refresh" of the quarantine grid.
