Hi All,

Recently i have started to notice, that mails that does contains forbiden words are passing thru,

i have doubles checked the mails, to see if the words are not "hidden" with special html tricks

(since those are html mails), but no, they are not.

for example a mail contains the words one and two

in the keyword filter, there is a line containing "one, two"

and the mail still pass...

any ideas, someone have this problem too ?

Thanks,

Eran.

Eran,

We tested an email with the words one and two and relative keywords, and it was rejected just fine. If you can send use your spamfilter.ini file, along with all your local black/white lists and the keyword file, a full copy of an email that made it thru and finally if possible your activity log for that day that shows the meial being received and processed, we'll take a look.

I have the same problem, but haven't found any logical pattern yet. Sometimes some SPAM mails seem to pass the keyword filter even though they should be blocked. I have tried to reproduce it, but without luck.
