Does any one know how to set up different settings for black/white lists etc. for individual domains? All help is very much appreciated.

If your using 3.5.x the on line help docs are great for explaining this (Section 4 is what you want). Prior to 3.5 the docs were not that great and per domain filtering was not even possible.
