After cleaning up my autowhitelist last night, and verifying no duplicates - I changed your query to SELECT instead of DELETE and ran again this AM.  I do have duplicates this AM.  All are emails that were forwarded from the quarantine via end users from the web interface.  One odd thing, my daily reminder runs at 7AM - and it did not create any of the duplicates.

It's not causing me any problems, just an FYI.
