I have a problem. I have whitelisted a Road Runner mail server because they were on a DNSBL. Now I have a user who doesnt want email from a specific email address at Road Runner. I added the person's email address to the From Blacklist but because the IP is whitelisted its letting the email through.

How do I go about resolving this?

I'm afraid that it can't be done... The whitelists take precedence over most blacklists, so once you whitelist an IP, it will get trusted and will skip all other tests.
