We are on 707 and have been experiencing multiple failures during the day with the service crashing...here are some event log entries....we went to 707 to fix the whitelist problem but I am wondering...can I go back to 704 without hurting anything?  I am concerned about the multiple message delivery problem and now this issue on the 707 version.....

Terry,

In the logs above we see entris for the "kill.exe" application. If SpamFilter (or other applications) are forcefully terminated, it is likely they will log errors and faults.

If the "klll" command was issued because SpamFilter was unresponsive, there will likely be other events being logged at the time when the problem occurred. Those will be the ones that can provide clues as to what happened.

Once we receive the full SpamFilter's logfiles, hopefully e'll be ale to find out both what is happening here and the reson for the duplicate emails in your other post.

sorry Roberto...I have been trying to upload the log to your ftp site for 2 days unsuccessfully.  I keep getting timed out after a partial upload.  I will try again from home tonight.
