I started getting calls after upgrading from the first beta to .767 that mail was not being delivered.  When looking at the logs, I see a lot of bouncebacks; the spamfilter is trying to deliver to the wrong destination server.

It appears to me that the sql table for localdomains is correct, but SFE is exporting the wrong data to _localdomains.txt.   It is only affecting those domains that use the default destination server.  If I rewrite those records to specify the destination server, the _localdomains.txt is exported correctly.

Anyone else having this issue?

Jeremy

Jeremy,

I checked ALL my _LocalDomains.txt files and ALL are correct.  Sorry ... no help here.

Jeremy, you are absolutely correct. We reproduced the problem, and it is specific to the SpamFilter Enterprise 767 beta. An updated build 768 with the patch has just been made available.

The release notes are:
// New to VersionNumber = '4.0.0.768';
{TODO -cFix : Bug introduced in SFE build 767 (loads 20x - 40x faster...) caused incorrect destination SMTP servers and ports to be entered instead of NULL values in the _LocalDomains.txt file, causing incorrect destination SMTP servers }

I just logged into the members download area, but when I click the latest beta .767 it prompts for a password.

The older versions are OK.

Yes, the file was still locked for the upload. If you retry it should be fine now.

I installed the latest beta today, seems to be working so far.

I did not like the message that is given out telling the remote server we are greylisting.  I don't think I want to tell the remote server why we are not able to accept the email right now.  They should just try later.

I tried to customize the message via the GUI, but it seems to change back every time regardless.  Is it supposed to be doing that?

This is looking like a bug, and if so we'll have a fix shortly.
