I have 82 SPAM from lastnight that got through to inboxes.
there are 500 or so stuck in the quarentiene based on keyword matches and sfdc matches.
The product is not working good enough.

ed.kalk,

I have been reading many of your posts and am concerned that you are relying WAY too much on "Keyword" filtering which, without a lot of work, is one of the least effective filters.  I would ask what MAPS servers do you use?  Do you check for reverse DNS?  SPF ... etc.

Our filtering is extremely effective but some spam will always get through.  We get an average of 1,000,000 inbound message attempts per day with about 95,000 being forwarded on to customer mail servers.  This means that over 90% of the inbound attempts are being rejected as Spam.

Over the past 24 hours, my personal box (which is an address I have had for many years), had 9 messages I feel are Spam, 264 real messages and 645 messages in the Spam quarantine DB.  I can not find anything wrong with these numbers!
