Hi everyone,
 
I'm not much use at regexes and so I hope someone will point me in the right direction.
I have an email that keeps getting through, but I have found a common piece of text in the email as follows.
 
http://cid-91adfe74acd91e32.spaces.live.com - http://cid-91adfe74acd91e32.spaces.live.com
 
The numbers after the cid- and before the .spaces change on each email, but the format if always the same.
 
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a regex that will filter the following
 
http://cid - http://cid -    ANYTHING   .spaces.live.com

I have blocked these same mails with just this keyword:
 
"spaces.live.com/blog/cns!"
