We're bouncing email on a random basis for reasons unknown. My phone is ringing. lol. Any clues as to what this error means?

That error is absolutely not normal, and is likely the cause of the bounces. Can you please zip and email us at support at logsat.com your SpamFilter's activity logfile for the day? Please also include the contents of your entire \SpamFilter\temp directory, should there be any files in there. Please also let us know what build of SpamFilter you are using.
If the zip is over 8MB in file, I'll be sending you via PM the login info for our FTP site.
