The error "Socket Error # 10061 - connection refused" usually means that SpamFilter is unable to establish a connection to the remote server. If this is happening for example when forwarding clean emails to your destination SMTP server, it means that for some reason the dest. SMTP server is rejecting connection attempts from SpamFilter. If instead for example it happens when SpamFilter tries to lookup an IP address using the SFDB filter by making an HTTP call to our webserver here at logsat, it could indicate (1) the server running SpamFilter s unable to make outgoing HTTP requests, or (2) our SFDB server was unavailable.

If you can please provide more details about the log entry with this error we can try to be more specific on the cause.
