Can somebody please help me with this issue.

I'm using Spamfilter ISP 3.1.3.605

One user is having a problem receiving mail from a user with an account at yahoo.com.

The user/recipient combination is in the "AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt" file as evidenced in the logfile but the email is still being rejected.

What is going on here?

It looks to me like it the spam filter delivered it to the mail server and the mail server rejected it as a "known spam site". Is it possible your mail server has some anti-spam software installed or is using from RBLs? I know that in Exchange you can tell Exchange to check incoming e-mail against RBLs.

Of course, I could be reading that wrong.

Belvoir,

invicta is 100% correct. SpamFilter is receiving the email without any problems, but when the email is forwarded to your destination SMTP server at 84.45.194.5, it is the destination SMTP server that is rejecting it with the error "84.45.194.5 said: This site will not receive email from known Spam sites".

Thanks Guys

I should have known that it wasn't SF at fault!!!!

It was the mail server at the receiving end.

Sorry to have bothered you.

regards
