I'm moving to a new colo and my IP address of my spam filter relay server has changed.  the eval license is working, but when enter my enterprise license that is working on my other server, i get a message that states your external IP has changed.

Ok...so i understand that.  But, how do I change my license or get it re-issued for the new IP address?

Urgency is at hand...my quarantine db is not active since the eval license does not enable it.

Thanks,
Marc

We helped Marc earlier, but for the record and to help in future Google searches :-) our email reply was:

The licensed version of SpamFilter absolutely does not depend on the IP address of your server, it would be too much of a hassle for administrators! Are you absolutely certain you are running the licensed version of SpamFilter and not the demo version? You can tell by looking at the bottom left corner of SpamFilter's window, it should say "REGISTERED" and not "evaluation".
