It's not a problem exactly, but the issue has come up and has caused some confusion among our user base.  It looks like if a message is blacklisted AND whitelisted, the whitelist _always_ takes priority.

For example, we have a number of addresses in the "Unfiltered Emails" list.  However, I was also asked to apply a keyword filter.  So a message will arrive, be blacklisted because it contains the keyword, and then be forwarded to the recipient anyway because it is set to be delivered to the unfiltered e-mail.

Is there any way to re-prioritize the black/whitelists so (for example) we can apply only a keyword filter to addresses in the "unfiltered" list?

I _do_ see the sticky, but I just wanted to confirm that I cannot re-configure the order that filters are applied

Sorry gillonba, the order in which the filters are applied is fixed, and cannot be changed.
