Hello,

 Is there a way to set up multiple destination servers for the same domain? Our spam filter is located in a colo and we have 3 internet facing Exchange servers, currently if the one that is configured to be the destination server goes off line we have to go into the filter and change to it to another server. We hoping for a way to set it up so that if server 1 is unreachable it will fail over to server 2 etc.....

 Any help with this would be much appreciated.

 Thanks
 Tom

Absolutely. Simply add the failover destination SMTP servers by separating them with a comma (different port numbers are supported as well). For example:

MyDest1.domain.com,MyDest2.domain.com:1025,MyDest3.domain.com

You missed that feature probably just by a few weeks... Dead It was added in version 4.0.1.780:

// New to VersionNumber = '4.0.1.780';

{TODO -cNew : Added the ability to specify additional failover destination SMTP servers for each domain}

If you have a current software maintenance, that allows you to download any new versions free of charge by logging into our website with your SpamFilter's order number and email address on record. If the maintenance expired, we do allow the original expiration date to be extended by renewing the maintenance to bring it current. If you're unsure what the login details are, please send us an email to support at logsat dot com with as much info as possible (ex. company name, domain name, previous admin name) that can help us locate your account, so we can provide you the login info.
