Hello,

We are getting an extremely large amount of emails being quarantined with the reason:

http://spam.chipremier.com/ListSpam.asp - URL in email found in SURBL search

Has anybody else had this issue at all and can help please?

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Steve,

The SURBL filter looks at all URLs contained in an email, and checks for their presence in a SURBL blacklist (Spam URI Realtime Blacklist). These blacklists contain list of URLs that have been used by spammers. If there's a match, the email is blocked.

By default SpamFilter uses this SURBL server:
multi.surbl.org

Which is very accurate. Are you using different SURBL servers?
