Frank,

Can you please check if in the SpamFilter database on the MySQL server you are able to access the tblMsgs table, and view the data it contains?

If there are no issues accessing that table using your database tools, can you please stop and restart SpamFilter, wait about 5 minutes, and then zip us these two files so we can review them:
    • SpamFilter's activity logfile for today
    • Your SpamFilter.ini file

Please try to upload the file to our Box repository at:

is there a solution to the problem? We had the same phenomenon. After resetting to version .270 everything was as usual again.
In changelog we did not find the changes in version .276. Is this release stable on Windows 2012R2 and mysql?

tcig, we never received the logs from the original poster so we were assuming the issue was due to a corrupt MySQL database.

If you could please send us the SpamFilter logs for the day you experienced the problem, as well as your SpamFilter.ini file we'll be able to look into this. It would also help if you could include the logs for the day you upgraded to .276 so we can see what happens when SpamFilter starts up.

Please upload the files to our Box repository at:
