Does the spam filter currently, or will it, be able to filter be keywords with wildcards, example: *badname* - also, can it filter what a link is linked to? What I mean by that is; the text may be innocent, but it is linked to a website that one may not want to see - can the filter scan the actual html code for the link?

The current beta release is able to do all the searches you mention.
