...any day now! We're trying to get rid of some of the major bugs right now before releasing it as a beta.

Will this be a free upgrade for current customers who have already licenced SpamFilter?? I'm in the final reviewing period before recommending this to our organization and would like to make sure we're able to get this version when it's released if we purchase SpamFilter before the final release of the enterprise version is out.

Yes. The final price for the Enterprise version is not determined yet, but will likely be in the $1,000-$1,500 range. All users with a current software maintenance (the purchase price for SpamFilter does include 1 year of maintenance) will receive the upgrade for free.
Please note that the yeaarly software maintenance renewals are always 20% of the license price, so with the Enterprise version the cost of the maintenance renewals will increase from $120 to $200-$300.
