Sorry psolutions,

We do not plan on supporting other AV plugins in the near future.

As a side-note, please note that SpamFilter is "anti-virus" friendly, and does not have any issues with anti-virus software running on the server scanning the filesystem in real-time.

If you are not running our antivirus plugin, and if the temp files SpamFilter uses to spool messages to disk are infected by a virus,  your existing antivirus has chance to catch viruses the files may contain. If this happens, and your AV deletes the file, SpamFilter is "smart" enough to understand what happened, and will simply ignore the file and the relative email.
