How is the country of origin determined? Is there a source that lists IP address ranges for all countries? If so could you point me to the source.

SpamFilter uses GeoIP data created by MaxMind, available from http://maxmind.com" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - http://maxmind.com" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - http://maxmind.com , to lookup countries based on source IPs.
