Everything was going pretty well for a while. We were avoiding a lot of spam. But recently, we've seen a serious influx in missed spam. Is there a way to submit this missed spam to SF so that it will learn from those messages as well? It seems the method it currently uses learns only from messages it catches. So, if spammers use new tactics that get around SF it will never see those new tactics to learn from them unless there is a way to submit them.

Randall,

We're working to implement a way to allow users submit the spam SpamFilter misses to make the statistical filter "smarter". In the meantime, the learning, while it's not user-updateable, still takes place as the "other" filters in SpamFilter will catch some of the newer spam as it appears on MAPS servers, and will thus cause the statistical database to learn about it.
