First I'm a rookie and I've tried a number of times to read and understand the "Syntax of Regular Expressions" and I have a couple examples from Roberto but the light bulb still isn't coming on for me?

Can someone out there help this "half-brain" figure out (in layman's terms) what this line does:

((?i)(((Subject:[^\n]*(.+v\-i\-a\-g\-r\-a).*)\r\n)|(v\-i\-a\-g\-r\-a)|(v\|i\|a\|g\|r\|a)))

It's obviously a Subject and variations of viagra. I'm pretty sure (?i) tells it to ignore case sensitivity but can someone break this down in pieces and explain how it's working.
