Will the AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt get reloaded if I manually add listings in the file?

Yes! All the white/blacklists and keyword files will automatically be reloaded within 60 seconds if SpamFilter ISP detects a change being made to them.

I'm assuming that wild cards will work in manual entries made to this file.  Is that correct?

Fred, While that whitelist is not meant to be used with wildcards, yes, it should be treated like the other lists and accept wilcards.
