Subject: (?#text) Are comments allowed in keyword.txt file?

I tried using the (?#****Notes***) in my keyword.txt file to group my keywords by things like pills, porn, mortgage, watches and I'm getting a string error in my log files.

Am I missing something simple here? Can we add comments to the keyword file and have them be ignored?

Thanks,

Bob

Bob,

Comments are NOT allowed in the txt files.  Follow this thread:

The RegEx help file is a "pull" from the standard De4lphi RegEx help I believe, just as the following link:

Dan,

Is your real name Ken Jennings?

Bob,

As an alternative, I have comments in my lists in a separate file and I have a perl script that parses the comments out and then creates the new file for use by SpamFilter.  This may be more trouble than you want to go through but once it is done ... it is no trouble.

Ken Jennings was the guy on Jeopardy who knew ALL the answers... It was a joke because you answer so many questions here.
