Bill,A couple of years ago we tried everything to make the GUI visible under Win2K terminal services. One of the attempts involved adding to SpamFilter the abiliy to react to a Windows Message that caused the service window to "pop-up". That never worked...However.
We recently had a customer using Windows 2003 who, physically in front of the server (not using Terminal Services), would not see the tray icon after logging off-logging on. We have never been able to replicate the problem. Anyhow, the ShowGUI.exe app, which we wrote to send SpamFilter the "pop up" message from above, came in very handy since it worked for him. We decided to include it in the package just in case someone else has a similar problem.Roberto F.
