My MS Access database stopped working yesterday.  The setup DB setup screen now says "The Quarantine DB is not active".  I have numbers in the days to store and the interval fields.  The three setup steps show an error while trying to connect to the db when I try to create a new db. 

I used the data link properties from the spamfilteraccess.udl to test the connection to the old spamfilter.mdb and it says it's ok.   

Why can't I get the Quarantine db started again?
