Seems as though my spamfilter is seeing that a domain is in the local blacklist but it is ignoring it and still forwarding on  the email.  Any suggestions?  Is there a size limitation on how big the text file can be or how many entries can be in the file?  It seems to have just started this week.

That usually occurs when users remove the numeric error code at the beginning of the customized responses. Without it, SpamFilter is unable to provide the error code to the sender, and is thus forced to accept the message as it cannot be rejected (it would violate RFCs it it would).

The limitations depend on the amount of RAM and CPU of the server. It is normal to have lists of 10-50KB+ in size.
