The format of the AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt is fairly self explanatory (sender's email address|recipients email address) and I understand that you are able to use wildcards BUT - can you use IP addresses as well?

In other words can I have an entry like mailto:111.222.333.444fred@domain.com - 111.222.333.444|fred@domain.com which will automatically whitelist all emails for mailto:fred@domain.com - fred@domain.com from IP address 111.222.333.444

or even 111.222.333.444|*.* to automatically whitelist ALL emails from 111.222.333.444 irrespective of who the recipients are?

Sorry, the only entries in that file should be email addresses (or wildcarded domains). The IPs will be matched as part of the email address, not as the source IP of the connection.
