Hi,

  I'm just trying to figure out how the AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt works.  An email to one of our users was rejected due to an MX record lookup failure, using the Quarantine interface in the GUI I selected the email in question and delivered it.

  I then noticed that future emails from this person were allowed through with the following message in the log ( AutoWhiteList Force Delivery).  This is great!   My only concern is that the AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt file is 0 KB - I had assumed I would be able to see the users email address in this file?

  I stopped and started the SpamFilter service as I thought maybe it would get updated when the service shut down - but it's still showing up as 0 KB.  Is this normal behaviour?

  We are using version 3.0.1.558 (REGISTERED)

Oh I found the one it's actually writing to - it's in c:\windows\system32\ directory - odd.  Does anybody know how to move it to the \Program Files\SpamFilterISP\ directory?

The logs you sent report that the email was whitelisted and delivered because of a match in the AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt file.
 
Can you please ensure that in the SpamFilter.ini file or in SpamFilter's GUI, the reference to that file specifies a full path? If,
for some reason, the "AutoWhiteListForceDeliveryFileName" entry does not specify a path, Windows will load whatever file it finds in the path. If you scan your hard drives, most likely you'll find a "AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt" file that is not in the SpamFilter directory. This file is the one that may be loading, not the one you intended to use in the SpamFilter directory. Specifying a full path name in the ini file should solve all your troubles.
