Can SF or SFE tag a single email address not the rest of the domain emails?

Is this possible? If so, what settings need to be done.  I have tried adding the :tag to the authorized to email address and it didn't work.  I have also tried turning on the tag and deliver but it's global for SF.  Is there somewhere else I'm missing.

The "tag" option is only available for certain lists, not all of them (the "Authorized TO" is one of those that do not support it), sorry.
