I am upgradign to 3.5.3.660.

I have also paste Enterprice Mode Key in textbox.

But after Pressing Activate button, it does not activate enterprise mode.

An internet connection is not required in order to activate the Enterprise mode in SpamFilter. When you copy/paste the activation below, can you please ensure there are no leading and trailing spaces? We used your same code below to ensure it works, and verified it works properly.
 
If you are still having trouble activating SpamFilter Enterprise, can you please stop SpamFilter, and then try adding manually the following line in the SpamFilter.ini file, under the [server settings] section:
 
SFEActivationCode=your_activation_code_as_you_provided_us_via_email
Please ensure there are no other entries labeled "SFEActivationCode", and if there are any, please remove them.
